Any new residential, commercial or agriculture development within the RM requires a development permit.
In accordance with the Construction Code Act, the municipality has adopted a building bylaw. Not all construction requires a building permit and inspection from the building inspector but a development permit is required for any new development.
Any new development or existing developments that require a water connection in the hamlet of Pambrun need to submit an application.
