Pambrun Landfill
Effective June 1, 2016 the tipping fee on large loads of waste and appliances will be as follow: 1/2 ton truck - $10, 3 ton truck $120 and appliances with halocarbons (Freon) removed -$20. If you wish to dispose of large quantities of demolition materials (i.e.: more than 1-3 ton truck load) you must make application to the council for approval before hauling material to the landfill.

A Triways Recycling Bin is located at the landfill for single stream recycling.
Recycle Cardboard, Boxboard, Office Paper, Newsprint, Junk Mail, Magazines and Catalogues. Please put all shredded paper in a clear plastic bag and remember to flatten all boxes.
Plastic Containers, Milk Cartons & Plastic Milk Jugs - Plastics numbered 1 through 7, no plastic containers labeled #1. No oil containers or chemical jugs. (Please check the bottom of the containers for recycling symbol and number)
Tin and Aluminum Cans (cans must be clean, with or without labels - no steel or auto parts)
Please try to recycle as much as possible to extend the life of our landfill.
Open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 1pm-4pm.

EFT Payments
The municipality is now able to accept EFT payments to rm106@sasktel.net. EFT's will be accepted on accounts for taxes, water bills, landfill charges etc.
Vanguard Water Loadout
Located on the south side of the village of Vanguard's Water treatment Plant. Coin meter takes quarters and $1 coins. This is NOT potable water, do not use for drinking, cooking, food preparation and oral Hygiene purposes.
Noxious Weeds
Please notify the municipal office to report locations of noxious weeds. SARM offers 50:50 cost share rebate contact the office for more info.
Fire Dept. Services
Firefighting services are provided on a user pay basis. You will be billed by the fire dept. that responds to a fire on your property. Please review your insurance policy and the deductible to ensure that your insurance policy provides you with sufficient coverage. The Vanguard & District Fire Dept, the Neville Fire Dept, and the Ponteix Fire Dept. currently provide fire services to the municipality.

Neville Water Loadout
Located on the NW 31-11-12-W3. Coin meter takes .25, $1 & $2 coins. This is NOT potable water, Do not use for drinking, cooking, food preparation and oral hygiene purposes.
Pest Control
Poison and bait stations are available for sale at the municipal office for the control of rats, mice and gophers. Pest Control Officer Stewart Biech does regular property inspections in the spring and fall. Should you require Stewart's services at any other time please contact the office.
Treeplanter
A tree planter is available for ratepayers to use. A $25 deposit is required and will be refunded up return of the tree planter.
